Terrace View Gardens is seeking candidates who are committed to clinical excellence and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader and possess strong clinical/assessment skills. The RN oversees and directs the assigned unit, including direct resident care and the daily tasks of the staff LPNs and STNAs. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the RN will play an integral part in our high-quality clinical outcomes and excellence in care.

This position is located on a unit that serves both short-term rehab and long-term residents. We encourage all of our staff to reaching their fullest potential and this position does have the potential for advancement.
