Terrace View Competes in Company Cooking Competition

Cincinnati, Ohio - Terrace View was represented by Megan Griffith (Dietary Manager) and Sharon Frondorf (Cook) at the company contest, Last Tray Standing. Megan prepared a bacon-layered meatloaf, homemade mashed potatoes, cream corn casserole, dinner roll, and featured a chocolate mousse for dessert. In addition, Megan was recently featured in Nutrition and Foodservice Edge magazine. Megan and Sharon placed 2nd overall. Congratulations, ladies!
