Terrace View Gardens Loves our Team!

We recently recognized Barb and Stephanie for serving the residents at Terrace View Gardens for 25 years! Our team celebrated their milestones and shared dessert and laughter while recognizing these two beautiful ladies.

At Terrace View Gardens, employee retention is important. It shows in our customer service that our staff is satisfied in their workplace. It also shows in our Culture of Care that we are so proud of our Foundations Family!



Barb began her employment as an STNA and worked with us through her education to become an LPN. Barb says, "Terrace View Gardens has always felt like family since my first day of employment. I love the teamwork! Everyone is willing to go above and beyond at any time. Each resident holds a special place in my heart. I plan on retiring here." She currently works in Medical Records.

Stephanie was first employed as an STNA, as well. Stephanie loves working at Terrace View Gardens because, "the residents bring sunshine to my life each day. They are my extended family." She now works in activities to brighten our residents' days.

Both do a wonderful job, love our residents and love being a part of the Terrace View family. We value every employee and genuinely appreciate all they do to make our residents smile. Thank you, Barb and Stephanie, for 25 years of great service! You both are part of the real MVPs of Terrace View Gardens!
